Honestly, I am for the stand your ground law.  Though, some people use it irresponsibly I think it serves a good purpose.  Many people can put in a bad situation or even the wrong place, at the at wrong time, and if they have to use deadly force to protect their person or home, so be it.  But when you get people that pull out knives and guns and use them recklessly, and say they felt threatened and the crime was self-defense, that's where the problems come from with the laws.  A lot of times the cases aren't black and white, so it's hard to tell if a person felt threatened or just trigger happy.
